Course Overview
Investment banking analysts/associates are not hired simply to build spreadsheets. They are expected to form defensible views to support their client's decision making.
The Applied Investment Banking programme trains you to operate both technically and commercially. Our approach combines rigorous financial modelling with commercial judgment and transaction logic.
You will analyse a real company from India - working with live financial information and region-specific regulatory and capital market considerations.
The focus is on building a complete underwriting model to support valuation views and present strategic alternatives.
By the end of the programme, you will become an advanced modeller, able to:
Approach a target company with a structured analytical framework
Form a clear investment and valuation thesis
Understand how capital structure affects deal outcomes
Translate analysis into concise, client-ready reasoning
Defend your assumptions in interviews and professional discussions
